But here’s a pro tip: if you’re running high-wattage tubes,keep your cooling fans spotless. If the airflow dips, the quartz gets too hot and pops. It’s that simple. What they’re actually made of We use high-purity fused quartz because it lets the infrared heat through without any fuss. Most of our units use R7s or Sk15 connectors. Why? Because they click in securely and stay stable. No loose connections, no scary arcing at the terminals. Some of our versions even have a special coating.
