This thing runs on industrial power. You’ve got options—220–240V or 400V—so you can match it to your plant’s voltage and keep the current draw sensible, even over long runs. The halogen elements crank out intense, focused heat. And they fire up fast. At 300mm long, the tube stays compact. That means you can mount it right where you need it, close to the target, without eating up headroom or getting in the way of cranes.
Where the Protection Really Happens
The tube is wrapped in a quartz envelope with a halogen fill. We chose it for one reason: it handles high heat without blinking, and it keeps output steady. We also added a dedicated anti-fog coating. It fights off that filmy buildup from humidity, so the heat stays even and doesn’t get scattered. Then there’s the anti-splash design. It shields the filament and terminals from drips and washdown, so the electrical side stays solid. You get an R7s connector for a secure, standard fit—easy to wire, and it stays put even when vibration is shaking things around. And if your fixtures take hard knocks, the Sk15 base option gives you a tougher mounting interface.
