At the heart of it is a quartz envelope. It can handle the extreme heat of the filament and won’t crack when things heat up or cool down fast. Inside, halogen gas keeps the filament stable, slowing down evaporation so the heat stays steady over time. No dips. No surprises. Then there’s the reflector coating inside the tube. It pushes the heat forward, right where you need it, instead of letting it spill out the sides. And the wiring? We use an R7s connector so it just plugs in. Direct replacement.
