Really fast.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The catch (and how to fix it)&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the thing: when you cram high wattage into a small space to get medical or food-grade heat, things get intense. We&amp;rsquo;re talking high heat density.&#xA;If you aren&amp;rsquo;t careful with your housing materials, you&amp;rsquo;ll end up warping your chassis. It&amp;rsquo;s a mess. To stop that from happening, line your walls with reflective aluminum or stainless steel. It bounces that energy back toward the center where it belongs, keeping your cabinet intact.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting it running and keeping it alive&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;On the installation side, we stick with standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re basically drop-in replacements, which makes the wiring a breeze.&#xA;But a word of warning: these lamps run hot. Make sure your sockets are rated for the heat, otherwise, you&amp;rsquo;ll be looking at melted plastic or oxidized contacts.&#xA;And just be realistic about the lifespan. When you push a lamp to its limit to get that &amp;ldquo;instant&amp;rdquo; heat, the filament wears out faster. It&amp;rsquo;s the trade-off for the speed. Just keep an eye on your duty cycle and schedule your replacements so you don&amp;rsquo;t have a bulb burn out right in the middle of a busy shift.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
