The quick version
It runs at 400V and 2500W, which packs a lot of heat into a small footprint. At 300mm long, it’s made for tight spots—like masking lines, touch-up stations, and short conveyor cure sections. And that power gives you a rapid temperature rise. So curing cycles stay tight, and your throughput keeps climbing.
What’s inside
Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable and fights blackening over time. The quartz envelope handles sudden temperature swings without cracking. Then there’s the reflective coating. It pushes more energy forward, instead of letting it spill out sideways and go to waste. And the R7s connector? It’s designed to drop right into standard holders. Wire it up, lock it in, and you’re back on the line.
Real-world use
In painting and powder coating, you want heat on the part—not on everything around it. This tube focuses infrared output where the coating cures, which helps you avoid rejects caused by uneven curing. But here’s the part you need to plan for: 2500W at 400V means your control panel and cooling have to be properly rated. Set up your airflow and thermal shielding up front, or you’ll risk cooking nearby components.
